We’ve seen a lot of water coolers come and go, and have experience with most of them. So, yes - while you can always go to your local big box retailer and purchase a cooler that will work with our water … you could alternatively let us do the research for you and provide a cooler that is high-quality and easy to use, with proven reliability. There’s a reason that we’ve stuck with our current model for the last 10 years!
You can purchase a cooler from us for $229.99, and we’ll deliver it along with your water. It comes with a 2-year warranty.
Or you can choose to rent the cooler for $12 / month, and we will service it at no extra charge to you. You can cancel the rental at any time, with no extra charges or fees.
Note: our shopping cart doesn’t currently have the ability to check out with a cooler rental subscription. To rent a cooler, you should just go ahead and purchase one of the starter packs from the residential or commercial page, and you’ll get an email - just respond and say you’d like to rent a cooler. Or you can always call / email / text us, see the links in the footer.

More of our customers are choosing to use crocks for their Cielo - especially if they are getting glass bottles from us. Crocks don’t require electricity. They are simple, clean, and easy to use and refill.
We don’t rent crocks, but you can purchase from us for only $30. If you need a stand for it, we sell wooden stands that fit our crocks for $29.95.
We’ll bring it to your door, along with your water, so you’ll be all set up and ready to hydrate!
