How Home Delivery Works

1) Become a Cielo customer

Are you ready to try your first taste of Cielo water at your home or apartment? Click here and fill out a simple form. Or call or text us. Or email us. After a $5 customer setup fee, you’re in!

2) No Contracts or Hidden Fees

You don’t want to be locked in to long-term contracts. And we don’t want you to feel trapped if you find something better (though we’ll be surprised if you do). So we don’t do contracts. Or delivery fees.

3) Manage Your Deliveries

Customize the frequency of your deliveries - from weekly to every ten weeks. Also your quantity (we do have a 3 product minimum per delivery). Use our app to easily change your next delivery.

Most customers choose the 5-gallon bottle for delivery.

Our hand-held bottles

You might have first learned about Cielo when you purchased a bottle at your yoga studio, your favorite gym, or a fine retail location such as Whole Foods Market.

Well, we also deliver cases of these bottles to your home! You can add one or more cases to any order, so you can carry Cielo with you as you hit the trail or send your kids to school.

When you become a customer, we’ll reach out to you by email or phone (your choice) to arrange your first delivery. We’ll let you know what day of the week we are in your area. And we’ll give you three options for follow-up deliveries:

1) Automatic - we bring the same amount each time, unless you let us know to change, skip, or postpone a delivery

2) Notify - we email you to see if you need water, and only deliver if you respond

3) By request - we don’t contact you at all, but wait for you to contact us and tell us you’re ready for more water

During customer setup, we’ll provide you with the ability to also rent a high-quality cooler that will dispense both cold and hot water. We also sell these coolers, as well as ceramic crocks which dispense room-temperature water.
