When you become a customer, we’ll reach out to you by email or phone (your choice) to arrange your first delivery. We’ll let you know what day of the week we are in your area. And we’ll give you three options for follow-up deliveries:
1) Automatic - we bring the same amount each time, unless you let us know to change, skip, or postpone a delivery
2) Notify - we email you to see if you need water, and only deliver if you respond
3) By request - we don’t contact you at all, but wait for you to contact us and tell us you’re ready for more water
During customer setup, we’ll provide you with the ability to also purchase a high-quality cooler that will dispense both cold and hot water. We also sell ceramic crocks which dispense room-temperature water - many glass customers choose this option.
